I finally saw that documentary called "Super Size Me" about how McDonald's is making us all lard asses....and oh my god....I don't know if I'll ever be able to eat fast food again! Just thinking about a Big and Nasty makes me want to throw up

i need to quit smoking all over again--i quit for three months, but over this break i've been partying too much. now's probably a good time to do it, since we've got this artificial stopping/begining point of new years.

naming people "best of" just seems ridiculous to me. first of all, the only people who are going to attract the attention of such magazines are wealthy people, implying that you are worth something only by how much money you have. and then, the best people in my life are going to be different than the best people in any one elses life, b/c we know different people. so, if you carry that out, you really end up with everybody being the best person of the year. :)

Hmm, McDonald's isn't making us lard asses, health food is. McDonald's is just about the cheapest restaurant I know, but health food is among some of the most expensive. Poor people have to get the biggest bang for their buck, which leads to them eating the cheapest stuff they can buy, which is among the least healthy. The end result is good health being a benefit reserved for the wealthy.

Speaking of wealth, Best People of Whatever, the Oscar's, any Red Carpet event you can name, it's all the rich and powerful indulging in self congratulations and public self importance.

If I ever get rich, I'm gonna make the public watch me masturbate on prime time TV too, just because I can. I work for the school system though, it'll never happen. I guess that's the public's loss.
