So I just emailed Reel Pride president (I'm vice...) That I don't think that I can be of assistance to the festival anymore with all the changes. The changes are good, just over my head andwith a lot of personal stuff to deal with, I just need time to myself

Better to do that than find yourself hip deep and sinking fast. Hopefully they'll deal, but honestly, you told them last year to not change up and take on so much then dump it all on you last minute so they should have seen this coming.
