I've been terribly active, I know but I have a concern about LJ.

I received an email from LJ on Sept 23 stating:

Not sure, but I think that userheads are a separate deal no matter what kind of account you have. It's possible that your account has renewed but you'll have to renew the user head too.

You aren't being denied, just being told that it's time to pay up again for the userhead add-on. If you choose not to pay, you'll lose the userhead but everything else will stay the same.
