I've decided to do a 6 week challenge instead of a
3 week challenge for a variety of reasons. But my goals are not all about fat loss.
Here are my goals for the next 42 days:
1.) Drop 14 pounds in the next six weeks.
2.) Walk my dog at least 2 miles every week-day morning.
3.) Weightlift or do a Group Power class at least twice a week.
