I'm currently reading Blue Mind, about water and health. Good stuff.

It all sounds joyful and beautiful, and exactly what you needed, yay!
Got pics of your garden and/or beach? I'd love to see them, if you do.

The New Moon was on Saturday afternoon, and the biggest tides are always a couple of days after the New and Full. It's a 'Supermoon' right now too - closer than usual to Earth - so it's pulling the sea a little harder than usual.

So glad your children came to visit too! Summer is i-cumin in!

Gardening therapy...good stuff! Been doing a good bit of that myself lately. I sure wish blueberries grew here but alas, it's too hot and dry.

Blue planter gwendally April 22 2015, 21:28:33 UTC
Okay, I planted the blue planter:

Bib lettuce on both the south and north ends, zucchini on the west side, a broccoli in the middle, and two kale plants where there was a tiny bit of room.

I also added a half-moon of bib lettuce on the west side of the white planter while we wait for the tomatoes to come in.

I am curious to see how this turns out. I am aiming for food I can just pick for dinner, this isn't a "putting food by" sort of garden.
