We have settled in to a method of never speaking to each other that prevents fights, but makes me lonely when I am with him.
Also, while I was in the movies, having only worked ten hours today, someone sent me a long furious email about my unavailability to meet with them within the next two days.
I wish I hadn't checked my phone. I didn't read it, just enough to poison the evening.
The heat is working at the office. It was traumatic and I am traumatized. Once again, the three hours of billable time I got was vastly overshadowed by the amount of hours I spent doing overhead, and what my business made is a tiny fraction of what I had to pay.
I cannot keep being the only productive worker AND doing all the overhead, too.

Sorry you're having such a stressful time at the moment. I wish that you had more competent people working with you, and didn't have to carry so much of the load yourself.

Baring in mind despite loving The Lord of the Rings movies I gave up after seeing the first Hobbit film.
I'm glad that going out with your son brought some happiness to your life.
