A project for this weekend was to repair the split rail fence between us and the neighbors whose backyard we overlook. The thing we had included a broken gate into their backyard, but it wasn't being used and wasn't going to be, so rather than repair the gate, we extended the split rail straight across that area, creating another four feet of ( Read more... )

Also, the planted a packet of morning glory seeds this morning, including at the base of the handicap ramp, on the right of the garden gate, and in the middle tier behind the purported hydrangea from Mitch.

Blueberries are the best: white blooms in spring, fruit in summer, and gorgeous red foliage in fall. Great choice!
