A day with my boy

This has been a very normal day, nothing special to write about. But it occurs to me that normal days with my son are pretty rare these days. I scheduled "Monday: take S.B. clothes shopping" some weeks ago. I put it in my google calendar and invited him and he accepted via Google. That's the way we talk sometimes in our family

Very worth treasuring.  And since he's your last you can treasure it.  Soak it in and be so grateful...and proud.    There are plenty of times when you could choise to stress out and finding joy in an ordinary day will help ground you.  Life is hard.....but also filled with many blessings.   Take care!

The last year with the last child at home is always bittersweet. For me, my younger moved away first and my older stuck around longer. Order doesn't matter...when the last one leaves, it's still bittersweet.
