My new rule is eating breakfast and lunch and just having a sensibly small dinner. No one needs to eat a big dinner unless they woke up in the afternoon and are going out to do some work!
Technically I'm supposed to eat 5-6 small meals a day, but when I do that I feel like I'm always eating! Eating better, trying to use will power to say no to tasty yummy things and instead eat "healthy" things.
