I hope people turn up to my birthday party. Not many people are RSVPing and it is making me nervous. Last year sucked so bad that I didn't want a repeat. I just hope that planning something doesn't backfire and make me feel worse :/
I'm the same actually - I always plan on having massive legendary birthday parties and am invariably disappointed. So I know where you're coming from.
For what it's worth...if you do have a party, and it's on a Saturday or Sunday night, I will definitely come. I may not be able to stay long (if I have to work early the next morning etc), but I'll make the effort.
I just worked out I will be performing in "Interesting Times" on my birthday this year! So I don't think I'll be worrying about a party...
Haven't seen you for ages, but hey, sounds like you've got far more important people to be hanging around than me. ;)
