The suspense, the atmosphere, the gooey darkness, and a deliciously psycho!Duo...What's not to love?

Awww, thankies, Skittz! I borrowed the plot from my novel in progress, about a serial killer who murders pregnant women by vivisection. It was easy to make it Duo. I can see him making a game out of murdering people for a cause. Hee!

Ahhh...I was posting it on IJ in its own journal, but after chapter 20 or so I did a reread and started editing, and decided to start all over again from the beginning. So I took everything down, but the moment I get some free time I'm definitely going to work on it again. Like in 2012. Hee!

absolutely awesome. really, it's so LOGICAL in how twisted it all is. and, of course, it's exceptionally irreverent, which Duo does so well. the fact that i started chuckling while reading this probably means i'll be seeing copies of those photos in Hell.

Oooh, thanks for saying it made you chuckle! I was worried that it was too serious and there wasn't enough gallows humor...and far too much political posturing. I think Duo would be more about the humor and less about the politics, but when I've been away from these fics for awhile I think I'll come back and do some editing.

Whooo. That scared the living daylights out of me, knowing that Duo could - whoa. It was vicious and psychotic and the kind of killer I envisioned seeing Duo become if he weren't so cheerful. I liked seeing the undercurrent of his bitterness - of growing up poor, one of a pack of homeless orphans - come to life.

It takes a stronger person than me to write this, so rock on for doing it. Thanks for sharing your talent.

Oooh, thanks so much! I hope you liked it, and I hope whoever it was really assigned to writes it too. It's a great prompt, and it would be interesting to see how someone else handles it.
