Yeah, he kind of fell off the boat after Lost Highway. Year Zero is actually a pretty solid album. It drags in parts, but the concept is solid and I'm enjoying it overall.

He just put out a new album for free that I haven't formed much of an opinion on yet. I certainly like that he's putting things out for free (even though the gesture means much less when you are independently wealthy).
