Oy, wow I haven't updated my LJ in about a gajillion years. I'm sure I'm forgetting everything new and interesting that's been happening in my life between who-knows-when-I-last-updated and now...so let's just start with the last weekend

A 16K would do more than knot my stomach up.

And trust me, it's not like I could just have gone out and jogged 16k a few months ago. When I started in June I couldn't go for more than a few minutes or so. It's been a gradual process from then til now, and it'll all be over in a week from Sunday! Hurrrrray. Just in time because my motivation is really slagging. I meant to go run 8k tonight but instead stopped at 5.5 or so, my knee hurt a bit and I was just feeling meh. So tomorrow will be 8k, swimming (maybe) on Friday, a day off and then another 16k on Sunday. 2 short runs next week (4 miles and 2 miles) and then I'm finished til the half marathon on Sunday the 24th.
