Awesome chapter :) I mean yes I would have loved some smut, but I know the feeling of needing to feel comfortable writing it. The details you gave though, gave great insight to a passionate love affair and that is JUST as good. It filled me with butterflies in my stomach ;)

It did bother me though, that Elena didn't want to talk about her feelings with Damon... I mean don't get me wrong, I understand the whole Stefan issue, but seeing as how long he's waited for her a simple comment of hope would have been nice. But I guess realisticly her guilt is at the forefront since Damon already has her mind, body, and soul anyways... I just hate to see him hurt :( It breaks my heart...

Yes, a little conversation would have been nice but there were so many possibilities how the aftermath could have gone and I had to decide on one way so I did the "too stunned to really talk yet"- way.
But don't worry, I hate to see Damon get hurt just as much as you so I plan on making him really happy before the end of this story...;)

It was such a great chapter. That Klaus is really something, to think that he actually waited them out for this. He knew that they would eventually break. I wonder what his master plan is? Perfectly written! :-)

Klaus sure is an asshole. His timing is impeccable, the worst ever! After fighting their attraction for so long, finally giving in and accepting it, they can't even have any time to deal with it at all. So manipulative!

I feel so bad for all three of them, no matter how much Elena wants to do the "right" thing, someone in this trio is bound to get hurt. It must be so awful for her to be torn like that. No matter what choice she makes, they will all three suffer the consequences. Sometimes I wonder what would have happened if Elena had met Damon first. Would she still have fallen for Stefan? Sometimes I think that she chooses Stefan by default, because she met him first, and does not want to be like Katherine and have them both.

Anyway, can't wait for your next update! And please don't make us wait too long! ;-)
