Takumi's heart

"Takumi has three holes in his heart. So far in 2010 he has had 3 heart attacks and a stroke. His father beat him and kicked him out of the house because Takumi is gay.

Now he is living in a tiny apartment, very sick, unable to breathe properly, and with a bleeding wound on his chest where the doctors attempted to repair his damaged heart.  After
