I'm seriously thinking about starting one... I wonder if anyone would read it, though it'd be useful for collecting inspiring stuff just for the record.
It'd be mainly about fashion (anything I like), beautiful art and cool photography. I'll share the link if I end up making one in the end.

I would read it and I'm sure that quite a lot of people would read it as well.

I would have never imagined that something like 1000 persons would follow my tumblr since it's something I use mostly to gather all my inspiration sources in one place. xD

It's pretty handy with the tags and search function it helps keeping track of inspirational images/websites/links you found while browsing through the web.

I suppose there isn't a way to receive people's updates by email, right? I usually don't have the time to check each blog I like, dahh x_x

I don't know if you can get updates by email. But Tumblr has a function like Livejournal's friends page. It's called the dashboard. Once you "follow" someone's tumblr, all her/his entries will appear on your "dashboard".

I think tumblr is mostly for yourself, to collect all the hings from around the internet that you like! I have my own tublr and I don`t care who follows it :D gggal is also mostly for me actually xD but it`s an one topic only tumblr and the topic happens to be popular, just that :3
