Now my skin is very dry, I don`t use foundation anymore, but I use a primer - missha bb boomer, but I use it mixed with this bb cream and that`s it most of the times. :o

Before dry skin, when I needed to wear my makeup for a long time or needed it to be completely matte and just stay on forever, I used Sana Pore Putty. It`s inexpensive and silicone based, and it really works. But I definitely wouldn`t use it everyday. But I think it does what it promises! And I use it on parts of my face on rare occasions now. (more on ebay)

BTW, what do you need your primer for? To stay matte, to make the foundation stay on longer, to make pores disappear, to brighten your complexion...??

Did you use the normal version of the Pore Putty Base? I've read some reviews about it (seems to really work!) and apparently the clear version is way better (no smell, better texture?), so I'm considering getting that one :D

I want a primer for oil control and pore concealing, although if it makes the make up stay on longer, even better XD

the kind you'll want to use depends on your skin type, but if you have combination/oily skin like me (my forehead glows like a beacon in a camera flash), I reccommend Pore Putty (a Japanese brand) in clear-- it makes my skin perfectly soft and smooth and keeps liquid makeup in place. The "regular" version, by the way, is a completely different consistency: much thicker and harder to blend. When I'm going light on the makeup (ie. using only mineral makeup) I use Skindinavia's T-zone primer. Nice and light.

I use Prime Time by Bare Minerals- I like it- I just used a pea sized amount for most of my face. I used to use Smashbox photo finish primer w/ spf (I think it was this one) and that one was good however at the end the bottle gets kind of weird and dried out and I felt like the coverage wasn't as good as it should have been. I've used a NARs oil-free primer before too and it was horrible- it looked good but if you touched your face there was a layer of oil sitting on top @_@!

My routine is usually primer, moisturizer(I used a bare minerals moisturizer), then make up (as of right now I am waiting to use up the rest of my smashbox liquid foundation with SPF- I really like it but I want to try switching to powder).

btw can I send out your calendar now? @_@ I don't know if my other messages got to you @_____@

btw my skin is really weird- I think I over dried it out by washing it too much so I would say it could be classified as oily??? or light oily?
