I've decided my nights aren't relaxing enough. So from now on, I am going to go to bed earlier, take a hot shower and have a mug of hot tea every night. I may change the tea to something else when it gets warmer again, but for the cooler part of the year, hot tea sounds nice.

It's 4:30 in the morning. I got three and a half hours of sleep last night, and took a three hour nap this afternoon. Rather than sleep, I elected to stay up until now and finish Young Miles. It was worth it. That was really fantastic.
