Something I somehow haven't talked about in such a long time, it's crazy. Let's see...

i found myself watching many of the action scenes with my fingers half covering my eyes and face just because it was so damn intense.

Whoo! Sounds just as awesome as everyone says it is. I really need to get around to watching that, and Ratatouille, and Atonement, and Juno, and so many others.

My recommendation re:Rescue Dawn is to watch the documentary that Herzog made about Dengler before it, called Little Dieter Needs to Fly. It's honestly much better than the movie, and totally bizarre in some respects as when Herzog has Dieter revisit the area.

Which Indian films did you watch?

really? I didn't know that there was a documentary. I'll try to get hold of it...

Wait you watch Hindi films?

I literally saw like ten. Let's see. I'll try listing them alphabetically:

Aaja Nachle, Bhool Bhulaiyan, Heyy Baby, Jab We Met, Namastey London, Om Shanti Om, Saawariya, Taare Zameen Par and Welcome.

I think that was all of them...

It might be kind of hard to find? But totally worth it, I promise!

Yes! Although all my sister and I watched lately was The Namesake, ah ha ...

Was Saawariya good? *___*

haha I was gonna watch Namesake during my vacation but didn't get a chance to.

I liked it...it was very literature-like, but apparently it was a bomb in India. It wasn't the best thing ever or anything, some parts were cute, and some parts were embarrassing because they were too silly. But the guy has some really nice abs ;)
