- Duplicate base and set to soft light
- New layer set to soft light filled with #001B70
- New Layer set to soft light filled with #8FE1FF
- Duplicate base set to burn at 40% and bring to the top
- Merg all

Your done if you like the first coloring. Want the second. Use the next step

- Go to colors --> adjust --> Channel mixer
- Output channel red:
red: 60%
green: 19%
blue: 33%
- Output channel green:
red: 0%
green: 100%
blue: 0%
- Output channel blue:
red: 0%
green: 0%
blue: 0%
- And check the box monochrome

And your done for the second one
