- First were going to add a exclusion layer and fill with #003663
- Then a soft light layer. Fill with #D882AF
- Duplicate the base. Set to soft light
- Duplicate the soft light layer and move to the top
- Then add a brigtness/contrast layer
- Set both to 10
- merg layers
- Effects --> noise --> texture preserving smooth
- Set to 50
