I wanted to bring into this hideously talented fandom something meaningful and wistful and pretty and Gigantomachy-esque (if only because I don't have have the perseverance or attention span for epics), but then I started looking at unfilled kink meme prompts and the other meaningful thing isn't done yet anyway

Oh, GUH. That was extremely hot. I love your self-confident, unashamed Merlin (though one of my favourite moments is also when he gets slightly embarrassed when he comes earlier on in the story). And your Arthur POV is delicious: love the way he's being seemingly coldly observant, while noticing little details he perhaps shouldn't be noticing; honestly, your descriptions of Merlin through his eyes kept making me go 'nghh.'

And Arthur's closed-offness works really well with Merlin's nonchalance, and eee, Merlin's seduction of Arthur and then the kissing. Mmm.

Merlin's so weird in this one, but hilarious and endearingly goofy and way too much fun to write -- and yeah, kinda clumsy and embarrassing to himself sometimes when he doesn't want to be. Weirdly enough, Arthur is a lot easier for me to write, at least when it comes to perspective -- and he seems to be an absolute pushover when it comes to Merlin. I BLAME DESTINY.
