Those SD comics are included at the back of every Gundam Wing comic. I think it's the main comic they're included in, and there's quite a collection at the back of each one.

I bought a lot of the actual comic books when I was little, and I can specifically remember getting really excited for those little comics in particular. I'd have to dig out my comics again to find them, but there are a lot more. There's one where Relena makes Heero wear the Sanc Kingdom's female uniform. Quite a few crossovers with G Gundam(?) too, I believe. I remember Rain complaining about Domon to Relena, and Relena complaining about Heero to Rain. They were wonderful shorts.

Heero vs Domon? Remeber the one where Domon says to Heero 'I amn't feeling cold at all' and Heero is shivering in his cute tank top and spandex short xP (and then Heero reveals that Domon is wearing many heat packets or whatever)

Watch G Gundam? xD I read a bit about G Gundam so I can get the general idea of the joke xP
