Wow, GW RISK would be a hard game to pull off because, as you said, people tend to switch around! I think it would have to be an intergalactic kind of thing, with Earth in the middle and the colonies placed in their respective spots in Earth's orbit. Of course, the moon would have to be present as well...

*scratches head* Jeez. That is a tough one. lol
