Have you talked to the career center at carlow? they really helped me and they're very nice. Cindy will do a mock interview and tape it and show you pointers. They can also go over your resume and cover letters and such. I would recommend it.
Are you seeing a therapist or are you on any medication? Zoloft is a realllllly good drug for nervous depression. Everyone is different, but I went through many different anti depressants before finding one that really, really, really worked.

Considering I transferred out, no haha. I didn't end up graduating from Carlow. I thought about going to the one at RMU but in the end I just...cant. Im still annoyed that I got the degree i did. I'm liable to go nuts on someone if I go out there.
I used to, but part of the wonderfulness of not having at job at the moment is no healthcare. I had Atavan for the panic attacks. The depression will go away once I do get something, so I'm not too worried about that. It would end up making me worse. I tried some every day sort of things last year but it just made it worse. After three different pills, I gave up and just stayed with the Atavan. It's more the stress that is killing me.
