The team and I played back to back soccer matches today. Let me tell you, 140 minutes of runnin' your arse off burns a lot of calories. Overall, I played pretty well, and may be a shoe-in for most improved. Let's face it, I'm not the best player by a long shot but I'm not the worst and I'm noticing a lot of improvment in my game.

Actually though, the nerd I am knows that according to Special Relativity, the faster you move in relation to your surroudings, the slower your relative time elapses. So in theory, by running up and down a field, I am aging less than my stationary friends from their view point... until they get into a car ;)
