I am so with you about raiding guilds. Why bigger ones see the occasional need to talk shit on the little guy is beyond me. When I had a guild, I was PROUD that it was purely casual, and I worked hard to build a reputation that if you had a KTSNI person in your group, they were friendly, cooperative, and knew what the hell they were doing. I tried to create opportunities for people to do a lot of different stuff, instead of making it like a scheduled JOB. I couldn't handle the timing of that, so I damn well didn't expect anyone else to! ::chuckle::
