I can see the previous entry when I click the link, but not when I go to your journal or on my flist. How weird. Have you put in a support request?

Ooh, I hadn't thought about it. I don't know, I guess I have semi-lost an entry to the mists of time, but if it doesn't keep happening then it's not a huge problem. Have you ever dealt with support, do you know if they're a pain?

I gather that support is a total pain, but you could have a look at the other support requests and see if anyone else has this problem? It's a form you fill in, I think they're more likely to be annoying by ignoring it than by making you do more work, if that makes a difference to you.
