Dental issues

My piggie Pip is 8 and has dropped a lot of weight. Her back legs aren't working, and she won't eat. We've been in and out of the vet's office- is it an ear infection? back pain?, and I finally noticed that her lower incisors were splayed out. Definitely keep hand-feeding her and weighing her everyday until she's able to maintain/increase her weight by herself. Are her lower incisors still splayed even when short?

I'd recommend trying to find a specialist vet as that's really the kind of thing a vet should have spotted immediately. Sadly normal vet textbooks don't carry a lot of information on guinea pigs so finding the right vet is a must. There's a great list here - http://www.guinealynx.info/vetlist.html - and I highly recommend the medical forums on Guinea Lynx as well, they've saved more than one of my piggies with their knowledge!
