[ FILTERED TO KLAVIER GAVIN : 100% UNHACKABLE. ]Klavier.
I was told by a young lady that you were in residence, and I thought it best to contact you before I ventured further into this insanity. I don't suppose it would be possible for you to come and find me? I find myself quite unable to find my way around at the moment - though if what I have

You'd better have a damn good reason for interrupting my music session, Kris, and it had better be to the tune of "I'm going to tell you why I murdered an innocent man" in C minor.
[ He. Is. NOT. Happy. All those times you wouldn't talk to him before in prison? Really? And now he shows up like this-- ]

Where... are you? Right now. I'll... come get you.

[ Then, a pause. ]
Thank you, Klavier.

... Ah.
[ That's all he says. He's kind of... torn right now, and it really shows. ]
I won't be longer than five minutes.
[ What he wants to say? "Don't thank me. I'm not doing this for you; I'm not even entirely convinced of your innocence." And yet... he can't bring himself to do so, merely biting back his words. Somehow... if this was true? It... was his brother. He could help him.
The feed cuts with a click, and he's on his way. ]

Things he knew Kristoph would proooobably want. Like a fresh (neat and rather decent) change of clothes (hint: it's not low-class), a towel, and a comb. Klavier knew his brother fairly well, too. ]
Vatheon looks a lot more confusing than it really is. Have you found that tattoo yet? The really poorly designed one?
[ He isn't smiling, for once. ]

Klavier approaches and Kristoph offers a gentile smile, looking rather pleased at the things his brother had brought. Klavier knew him almost as well as he knew Klavier, he hadn't forgotten and he'd have to keep it in mind. ]
I hadn't had much of a chance to look, admittedly. When Miss Kishi told me you were here ... Well, you were the first thing I needed to look for.

You might want to check when you change.

[ SUBJECT CHANGE latching onto that so fast. ]

[ Kristoph picks up on the grasping for a change of subject and he allows Klavier this one boon. He can't push too hard just yet. ]
Yes, she seemed rather pleasant. She mistook me for you, however. [ He presses his glasses up his nose and frowned a little. ] I cannot see why.

Ja, ja. They ARE rather poor taste-wise; they could have, at least, done something more interesting if they wanted to put a glowing tattoo on me! Maybe a band name, or my signature, or...
[ You get the idea. He's rambling now because he's trying to stray from the foreboding feeling and thoughts he has as much as possible. ]
She's a pretty good girl. A bit concentrated when it comes to the imagination, though--like fresh orange juice. It really gets away with her. I helped the Fräulein Fashionista out when she first arrived. So try not to be too hard on her, ja?

I suppose they thought you would match. Unfortunate that not everyone finds tattoos so... Acceptable.
[ He brushes some water from his shoulder and frowns more. He needs to change, like, now. ]
Of course I won't be hard on her, Klavier. She seemed quite helpful, so I see no reason why I would be.

The strange thing is, the tattoo is black half the time. And then when you touch the coral, or when the delusions the other people here keep wanting to call a 'curse' happen, they glow then, too. And I'm sure you've noticed Violet here, ja?
[ Pointing to his fairy. He may not totally TRUST his brother, but... Kristoph deserved to know the basics.
And as he's speaking, Klavier begins walking, expecting Kristoph to follow. There is a shop not far from the Plaza, you see, and he is rather friendly with the female owner. She knows him. He helps people out a lot mostly teenage girls as per lawyer tradition, so he has no problems strolling right on inside with another dripping wet person.
No questions will be asked. Klavier opts to chat with the woman and wait outside, near the entrance for his brother. The shopkeeper is a local, obviously, who if you notice, Kristoph, has no fairy at all. ]

That is interesting to say the least, little brother. [ He follows quietly, rather intent on working his way into the new clothes before another disaster can hit. ] I had noticed - and I suppose I have my own little creature too? How precious.
[ Kristoph examines the womanw ith his eyes as soon as they walk in - it isn't perverse, nor is it interested - it's clinical. He notes the lack of a fairy and he doesn't comment on it just yet; that's a question for when he is alone and he can dig information out of Klavier without an audience. Dry clothes over his arm he steps into a changing room and, though it takes him a little while, he comes out dry and looking as pristine and perfect as normal, even if his hair is still a little damp. ]
Thank you. [ He nods at the lady with a soft smile. ]

He's unsurprised Kristoph spent as much time as he did. Always trying to be perfect. Once they're out of the shop, he talks to his brother again. Hiding behind a faked smile, and his false cheery attitude was a lot easier now that he'd gathered himself. ]
Feel better? Everything here's free as long as you're a foreigner. You can probably get a place to stay fairly easily.
To answer your question, you've got to only look above your head.
[ Klavier always thought the fairies were kind of precious. ] Sadly, they don't seem to do much. I'm at a lack to explain why they're here to even begin with.

Marginally. Thankfully you seem quite able of locating suitable clothing. [ He smiles and nods his head a little in thanks. The thought of things being free does chill him a little - if econimics has taught him anything it's that that won't work. Another thing to investiage. ] I hope so. I don't think I am well suited to being homeless.
[ His eyes flick up and - yes, there's a little creature hovering around him. Ugh. He bites back the urge to sigh and shakes his head instead. ] Just another irritance, then? Wonderful.
