What's with the terrible dreams lately?

I don't know if this is a depression sneaking up on me, or some delayed reaction to my meds that I've been taking for six months, no problem, but the strange and frightening dreams had better knock it off.  I gots to sleep, folks

I have slept wicked hard this week causing me to oversleep every day! I have also had weird and very vivid dreams too. Hmmmmmm. I hope we both get normal sleep soon. xo

I think it's the heat (although, I'm fighting a summer cold, so I'm also blaming it on my drugs ).

I, too, have had some vivid dreams, not sure if they are nightmares or not as they fade almost immediately upon waking. What I'm left with is feelings of anxiety or distress.

Hopefully, it's a seasonal/full-moony/thunderstormy fluke that will pass quickly for both of us.
