"Mirrormask."

I watched Neil Gaiman's Mirrormask the other evening and loved it! It was so wonderfully done, a mix of live-action and cgi environment, with f/x courtesy of the Jim Henson Co.

The story was reminiscent of Stephen King & Peter Straub's The Talisman and The Labyrinth, with some incredibly creative scenery and characters, and the main character, ( Read more... )

I tried to see it in theaters, but it never came to San Diego. I've got it Netflixed though--should come in next week and I can't wait to see it! :)

I think you'll really like it, if for nothing other than the artistic aspect. But really it's a fun story and was well-acted.
