HIM's Powers and you: a permissions post!
HIM is a HUGE creeper. Seriously. Just watch the Powerpuff Girls. You'll see what I mean. He also has powers that assist in his creepering! He can hypnotize, brainwash, and make and trap you in illusions to play with your mind. He can also, you know, watch you in your dreams and alter them. ALSO he can follow you around as an astral projection (because that's not creepy enough).
