So I went to my appointment this morning.  And waited....and waited.....and waited.....and waited....9,9;;  What should have been a literal in-and-out appointment turned into an hour wait before the /very/ quick procedure and out again....  I go there early....checked in at 7:30, appointment was at 7:40.....I read for a while.....wasn't called....

I've been sick since Saturday, too. Ugh.

I'm glad someone knew what was going on and took care of the problem. Shoddy service drives me Up. The. Wall. But when someone actually takes care of it and bothers to explain and apologize, it makes all the difference.

Hope they find something easy to take care of!
