I considered Carnival Island, but... ha ha, no.

Sure there is. I've managed to find an arcade, and a nice restaurant, a shopping center, a library...

Huh, wow. Just by looking at the place you wouldn't think it had any of those... Well, the restaurant is a given and maybe the shopping center, but not really the other two.
