What are the five most important things to know about this character? How do they affect them?1. Above all things, Rose is a kind and compassionate woman. She befriended a Dalek--and taught it to feel emotions--she mended a broken, world-weary Time Lord, and she sympathized with the young man who upset her mother. Even at her most efficient and severe times, such as when she took charge of UNIT in the bubble reality, she still reached out to those around her. She tried to offer comfort to a dying TARDIS, she showed Donna she could make a difference on her own, and wept for the loss of lives in a reality that never existed. 5. Rose is human. She is so, so human. She has flaws: she's selfish and stubborn and jealous, she can be petty and she's not any sort of exceptionally brilliant. She's not even thirty years old yet, and even though she's crossed whole universes, the simplest things can awe her, and comparatively small alien biological quirks can make her stumble. She's still got a 21st century mindset, and there's so very much she doesn't know or understand--and so much she couldn't understand even if she tried. But she's got amazing potential, just like the human race. She's clever, she's kind, she cares about every single life and she insists on her human morals even when faced with alien situations. No matter what she does, how she grows or how she models her decisions or behavior over her lifetime, she will always be human, in essence and in spirit.
