Thankfully Rose's alarm still seemed to be set for the normal 6:15, and even though she was plagued by a pounding headache that made her feel like she'd been drinking way too much last night, Rose was thankful for the fact she seemed to be herself again. Her hair had been tangled in horrific knots though like six year old Rose didn't know how to use a brush (which, yeah, Rose could admit she hadn't) and way too much time had been spent combing out the tangles.

The time was precious, and being late to training never turned out well for her, so Rose was half-jogging down Apocalypse Ave towards the gym when she saw Dimitri rounding the corner.

...Okay, she had to beat him, and the job turned into a full sprint, head be damned.

Dimitri saw Rose and...was she speeding up? Okay, he knew her far too well not to be aware that if she beat him to the door she'd be lording her victory over him all day.

So he broke into a run.

Very mature.

Rose couldn't help grinning as she saw Dimitri start running too. But she was already moving and warmed up, and she skidded to a halt just before hitting the door about half a second ahead of him.

"Ha!"

Of course she won, she'd been closer and he'd not been up to speed. Frustrating girl. Dimitri bumped her with his arm as he went for his keys. "Ha, yourself."
