There was a phone ringing in Fandom, and a Rose that was going to so regret this tomorrow.

Dimitri had been sad, but he wouldn't allow himself the loss of control required to get wasted and lament the loss of a sporting event. No matter how important the sport.

Surprise was Dimitri's initial reaction when he saw he had an incoming call from Rose's phone. "Belikov," he answered, voice maintaining a professional quality.

"I wanted to make sure you weren't sad." Also context was for the weak.

Not that she could see it, but Dimitri was totally raising his eyebrow at this strange display of...maybe affection, maybe insanity. "Rose? Is everything okay?"

There was naturally the thought of if he was going to need to go find her in the Bahamas if something had happened.
