"I can't imagine who else it would be, since there were no other finger prints found on the pipe, and Colonel Mustard had an alibi." Two, really, since Mrs. White could confirm that they hadn't left the library for some time.
"Unless the murderer used gloves or covered the pipe with a cloth," the Doctor pointed out. "Can't have finger prints if they're covered, Miss Wright."
"You might very well be on to something, Chessington," the Doctor replied.
"It's Chesterton, Doctor," Barbara put in, but it seemed that she was being ignored, for the Doctor folded his arms as he leaned in closer to get a better look.
"Do if Plum is seemingly our murderer, we need to find out if anyone has enough of a vendetta against him to make it seem as though he murdered Black. Any ideas?"
"He could be something he was working on," Jo suggested. "What was Professor Plum like? Do you think he'd confess if we'd confronted him with the evidence?"
"Oh. Hi." He glanced at the white board. "What's up?"

"Another interview wouldn't hurt. What do you think, Captain Harkness?" the Doctor added, hands on pockets.
