So spent most of this morning fighting off a fairly intense bout of nausea.

Started shortly after I got out of the staff meeting. I'd woken up with a headache and had taken something for it that didn't work. Still kind of there,wafting about in the eaves of my head, but manageable now. Given the fact that most of my morning got eaten by the staff
