London tomorrow.

It's 12:45 and I have packed nothing. Not good. Instead I'm here. Huh.

Just got back from watching Valkyrie. Very good movie. Tragic ending as expected since Hitler wasn't assassinated in 1944, but not as shocking as The Boy in the Stripped Pajamas, which I saw on Tuesday. That was sad. I saw it coming, but it was sad. Suffice it to say that when ( Read more... )

*snort* Packing beforehand is for the weak and the boring!

So Valkyrie was good, then? I'm a little...not expecting much from it. My dad wants to go, but I think I'll just wait till it comes out on video and buy it for him or something.

And yay DVDS and having something to do while waiting for your flights! Just hope that, you know, your battery's properly charged and everything.

I've noticed that the only people I know who pack before travel by plane only like every five years or so. You're not supposed to get any sleep the morning before, right?

I liked it. It doesn't really stand out from the rest, but it's chockful of good actors and it's interesting to learn how many people in Hitler's regime didn't agree with his way of handling things and tried to bring him down.

At the airport I can just plug it in since my battery's now draining in like two hours. I'm thinking of making icons on the flights, though I also have to do research.

My mother travels often and packs like three days in advance *laughs* But she takes a lot of stuff with her, usually. But no, cool people don't sleep the night before.

I did see that there were a lot of good actors, but my...dislike for Tom Cruise has kept me away thus far. The story is an interesting one, though.

Ah, that's a plan! Icons are fun as well, and research not so much but I guess you should ease yourself back into that sort of thing.

Yey! You got your Dvds on time. That is cool.

Speaking of Doctor Who, they announced 11. And this is so weird for me.

Other than that I went to a store that sells movies and I found a Season 4 Doctor Who boxset. I so grabbed it. It has cost me 95$ CAN + tax, but for all the work I've been doing this holidays I deserve it.
I also saw the Season 2 boxset for 100.00$ CAN. Sadly, there wasn't Season 1 else I would have probably bought it too.

I really thought Deadwood wouldn't get here. I'm so happy it did.

I've never heard of that guy. I hope he's as good as they say. Why is it weird?

I also really want to get Season 2, but I've been buying way too many DVDs lately. Time to take a break.

I haven't heard of him either but I consider it normal since I am not on the same continent but I heard he played in some series with Billie Piper. He better be good, David Tennant thinks that the kid is good.(Look who I am calling kid, he is older than me by half a decade)

What is weird that it is my first Doctor swap and I am not sure if I want 10 to regenerate. Also, on every forum I go it is the time for : Bash the new guy. So I am avoiding those. He is also the youngest Doctor ever.

I actually want the 3 previous seasons also. Hehehe.

I don't think many people know him, really. The article I read called him an unknown, but people in the production are raving about him, so I have my hopes up, although I don't want David Tennant to leave, either (though what I really want is Nine back, but I'm biased) ;) I don't understand why people do that "bash the new guy" thing. When they switched at the end of season 1, I wanted to like Ten even though I was upset that Nine was gone. I knew that not liking him would be so much worse, and I did like him, so that worked out.

I've called 40 year old men "boy". If women of whatever age are called "girl, I can call men "boy". Though in this case he's only one year older than me. Huh.
