This is fantastic! Adam's characterization is wonderful and I just love how you kept the reader (or, well, me) uncertain of whether or not Adam was actually concious or just a pile of dust. *sighs* More? :D

*snorts* I'd gladly do so if they took me. Some of the writing this season is so mediocre that it's shocking that these people are professionals.

Oh, this is great! I'd love to see something like it happen on the show, but for now I'm content with awesome fic like this. I'm with ailette about the cool ambiguity you use in regard to Adam's actual consciousness. Can't wait to find out exactly how Hiro managed to reconstitute him.

If Hiro could learn how to effect time in a very limited way or on an individual item, like on a person's body, he could probably reverse the effect of aging or Adam's dusting. I think, anyway. But I do overthink this stuff. lol
