LOL  This is a comment I made in a discussion of the interview the other:

I am also anti-NRA, but I'm pro-gun ownership. I just think that the NRA, like Greenpeace, has gone off into some other dimension from the rest of us. (Just for the record, if I'm not a lifetime member, I spent many years a member and owned my first gun when I was five years ( Read more... )

iawtp! Although we'd disgree in a couple instances (I think the nuclear family is great - FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT TO LIVE THAT WAY, not as a "rule") but really, that's great.

I'm getting a little freaked out. Over the past week or so I have posted stuff that was intended to create controversy in a variety of forums and either found myself being voted up or being agreed with . . .or, once, just ignored.

On the nuclear family, I actually support anyone's desire to live in anyway they like, however silly I think it is. Otoh, my experiences with group families have been pretty horrible. LOL But I might just be basically a hermit.

I know, it sucks. You try to say things that will anger people or confuse them or whatever - and you get agreed with or just outright ignored. That's no fun! Where's the fight?
