I've decided to do something crack-filled Akatsuki AU High, but I just haven't decided if I should write a fic, or start an rp. An rp would be mega fun but really hard to run, maybe I'll have both. Fanfic of an RP

This sounds like fun. Sasori could be in because he made a puppet out of a corpse. Zetsu... hmm... He tried to eat someone? (Venus Flytraps eat things, after all)

An RP should so be crack. I'd think there'd be less self-insert indulgance than if it's serious.

Can I volunteer in advance to be Kisame? *hopeful look*

Maybe. I don't want to get into cronyism, but this could be a first come first serve thing, and you ain't out unless you are really, really off, and since this is crack I doubt it'll happen.

I actually thought you would have volunteered for Sasori or Deidara, since you seem to like them, but meh, I doubt anyone else would have volunteered anyways. The awesome merichan is no longer on speaking terms with me, but whatever.

So yeah, I guess you are Kisame then. Are you going to do Sasori or Deidara too? Or do you have anyone to rec? I'm new to the rest of Akatsuki, so I don't know anybody, preferably since this is now crack, it'll be someone who is both into ff_anbu/OMG Naruto rp, and Akatsuki.

So what is your limits to squick and wrongness?

Think I'll make a good Itachi? Or am I too alive? Sasori perhaps? Lately I have the urge to learn puppetry, it just seem so neat.

I might want to keep Kisame as a shark-man after all, I mean, in Puppets who Kill, the puppets live among the humans and it is seen as perfectly normal...

There is no limit to the squickiness I'm willing to entertain. And if someone else really wants Kisame, I could be Rei.

You could make a good Itachi. I'm sure you'll be the only one in the comm who's remotely serious :)

Hello! ^^ I have found my way here! We seem to talk a lot; I have friended you, if that's Ok....:D I am interested but I don't have any instant messaging atm...is that a problem? I love all the Akatsuki, so...

I will have a go at a character if it isn't. ^^

Since you made it here so far, I would let you know what I'm looking for:
1. A pair of Sasori and Deidara that really get along, they are the only two characters I don't have players for so far. It seem I won't find any within the ff_anbu circle, so it'll be nice if the two people are friends so they won't feel like the strange kid out.
2. Gets along with the other players.
3. Is okay with critique, or even being laughed at if something really stupid has happened.
4. To get a sense of what this rp might head in, or at least the kind of people who are in it so far, take a look at OMG Naruto rp, ff_anbu, and small_room_rp. I'm still working out the crack vs plot porportion, but this will not be an rp with a lot of player do whatever freedom, because there will be a definite storyline, crack or not. There needs to be a lot of communication.
