Received my manga and everything was great except for the book being damaged from the loose packaging. The manga was in a large bubble mailer with a bunch of loose packing peanuts and two pieces of cardboard. Because it shifted so easily the book was damaged when compared to the “before” images that were emailed prior to mailing. It would have been nice if the book were a bit more secured in the bubble mailer so it didn’t get damaged during transit. Overall things were okay (prompt communication, great price, etc) except for that.
