I bought $115 worth of items from her about two months ago. I never received them, after many excuses and promises to send them. I then filed a Paypal claim. The claim was decided on my favor, but they weren't able to refund my money because there wasn't any on her account.

She's also selling as syntheticmutate and in other communities such as Japanyardsale. Buyer beware.

I too ordered something from her. I made the purchase on Aug. 1st. She emailed me that she mailed it on the 12th. It is now the 24th and I have yet to receive it and she hasn't answered emails I've sent for the last 5 days both at her Chinky Pu account and My Space.

I will start a claim at Paypal I think after reading your posting.

Thanks for letting me know. I hope you didn't buy the Hide plushies too... I wonder how many times she sold those. I think she also scammed someone here.

What's her Myspace name? We should probably pool the info we have, to see if we can get anywhere with this. I know at least two people who have filed Paypal claims against her. I have her name (Jessica Geake) and know she lives in the Providence, RI area. I also have her DeviantArt address, her Photobucket address and the names of both her LJ accounts.

You are in violation, this girl is a dear friend of mine and you are in violation of her privacy if you want your things contact her or try and resolve it with the person, instead of filing information on this girls family it is wrong and should not be done. I have since then told this girl to always keep shipping confirmation on everything she ships so people don't screw her over.

Oh jeez. I banned this person because they were spamming the shit out of the community, but I guess a bit too late. I noticed syntheticmutate posting like right after I banned the other name and I noticed the writing styles were similar (I even looked at the syntheticmutate profile because they were so similar) but since there was nothing linking the two I figured it was just another person who didn't know of the existence of commas. I hope you're able to work it out to your satisfaction. Something that usually gets people going if they still live with their parents is getting a home phone call about it. I don't know if you'll be able to track that stuff down but good luck.

She is on MySpace as Synthetic Mutation. It appears to be her boyfriends site. He lists himself as married and refers to her as "wifey" however she last told me the package was returned and sitting on her porch and she is waiting for her father to give her a ride to the Post Office because she is in Cape Cod

I hate to rain on your parade... but they found this information fair and square. She put all of her information on the internet for everyone to find. Therefore, there's nothing illegal about this (as you mentioned in your previous post).
