The first deputy shopping/auction bidding service I ever used, and I was very satisfied with the experience. I was an unreasonable customer because I kept adding requests one after the other in the course of two weeks, but kairai1414 was patient with me and readily accommodated every request I made. My transaction, in detail:

#1 purchased a doujinshi for me at an online store
#2 bid on an auction at yahoo!jp for me, which I lost
#3 bid on another auction at yahoo!jp for me, which I won
#4 purchased two more doujinshi for me directly from a circle

For auctions, I was charged the commission fee only for the auction I won. For deputy shopping, I was charged a commission fee only once for two separate purchases. In addition to commission fees, I shouldered all necessary costs (item price, bank transfer fees, shipping within and from Japan), which was to be expected.

The items were shipped to me in excellent condition.

I used kairai1414 deputy service for a bid on yahoo japan, and when that did not work out, kairai1414 made the effort of searching for the item (doujinshi) that I wanted and found it for me on another website. kairai1414's communication was great, and the fees were reasonable. Very good service!
