It'll be stayed by the 9th Circuit, or the Supremes. If anything, it may further galvanize the 'phobes. They can take a fresh look at "judicial activism," except this time it'll harm our national security!

I wish I could hope that this is going to be the end of it...but I'm just anticipating that it'll be another dashed hope.

TKO is right as well - this will probably have idiots up in arms over "judicial activism" as if giving people the protection and rights they SHOULD have isn't something protected by the constitution. Ugh.

Anyone else notice that the news can't spell Pentagon?
