It's an Onion picture from awhile back. It's the U.S. Constitution with white out and a permanent market taken to it. It's a bit sardonic but I like it for posts regarding constitutional amendments.

They could argue that it's immoral. However, whether voters think that homosexuality is immoral varies greatly among the states. I think they are also trying to say that if voters think its immoral, then they have every right to vote against gay marriage.

The scenario you present is a very interesting one, and I've also been anticipating it for awhile. Here's to hoping that come November, we'll have our very first situation in which most major arguments against same-sex marriage will be completely irrelevant! I just wonder what they will come up with when that happens, though...

I posted that. If you check the second link (which is where I got the previous post from), it talks about what a stark difference it is to an earlier poll.

This polling firm is typically more credible than the LA Times, it seems.
