Still a WIP, but the cliffhanger is somewhat resolved! Available at the AO3 here (new chapter) or here (the entire work to this point). Part 4 will be out on the 26th, I think. After that... I have to finish writing the rest.

Exciting chapter! Loved Methos & MacLeod riding to the rescue, each of them playing to their strengths, working together to rescue Joe. And I also loved that Joe gave them cover later, and let Matthew do his own part to help rescue him.

Your characterizations were awesome, and I especially enjoyed the little details of characterization you used so cleverly--like Joe's Blues Brothers sticker on his wheelchair.

Yeah, that one is so much competence porn with so many different competencies... Matthew could be happier but hey, he knows Joe by now. Give up; Joe's just like that, Matthew.

Next part up once i get time to rewrite a scene I want to end on. Sorry, Mom's health has kept me stupidly busy. (Okay, and her second husband's death hasn't helped either. Damn it all.)

I should post a state of the Rhi post, shouldn't I?
